“I was surprised to read a quote from the speech of Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, who stated that Bulgaria has abandoned the construction of energy projects with Russia, including South Stream, in the interest of the United States,” said the head of Russian diplomacy.
“It’s amazing how people have no shame in making such statements. I would be ashamed in front of my voters, in front of my country,” added Lavrov. /TASS
