After the conversation, Vucic sent a letter to Gazprom director Alexei Miller to discuss new quantities of gas tomorrow
Vucic said he had explained to Putin that Serbia needed more gas because of industrial progress.
“If we realize everything, we will have a safe winter in terms of gas,” he said.
Vucic has talked to Putin about building a gas storage facility in Serbia.
In November last year, during a meeting in Sochi, the presidents of Serbia and Russia agreed that the price of Russian gas for the next six months would be $ 270. to remain the same, with delivery in larger quantities, reminded BGNES.
The current agreement on Russian gas supplies expires on May 31st, and Vucic said earlier that he would raise the issue of gas supplies and prices during talks with Putin.
