Last Friday the new Predator movie went Prey premiered on Disney+ Star. And that hasn’t gone unnoticed, as critics and fans alike adore the film. Finally, there’s another really good sequel to the 1987 original starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
What the necessary people probably missed is the obvious hint to a sequel. That announcement was not made in the film, but during the credits and then not with a Marvel-like aftermovie. Note: there are now SPOILERS.
Prey 2 already announced
The first part of the credits is with animations that briefly retells the film. At the very end there is a clear hint to more.
We see in the animation how the main character Naru of Amber Middle Dogs returns to her tribe with the Predator’s head. She becomes the new War Chief, as in the movie. But then it continues and we see at least three Predator ships arrive.
Those ships are likely to come to Earth after it becomes clear that one of their ilk has been killed. Missed the images? Check out the complete animation on YouTube!
