September pensions: From Tuesday 27/8 the payments – When the money appears at the ATMs – 2024-08-28 20:09:52

From tomorrow Tuesday, August 27 September pension payments will begin.

Pensioners of OAEE, OGA and ETAA will be the first to see money in their accounts, while on the same date the payments of the auxiliary private sector will also begin, both for the self-employed and the employed.

On the 29th of August next is the payment of pensions for the State, IKA, NAT and KEAN-ETAP-MME -ETAT-PPC-Armed Forces, Security Forces-Fire Brigade personnel, as well as the auxiliary State pensions. One day later, on August 30, pensions are paid for the uninsured old-age OPECA pensioners.

Pensioners will see the money in their account the afternoon of the previous day.

In particular:

Unemployed

• OAEE will pay on Tuesday, August 27, 2024
• The OGA will pay the pensions on Tuesday, August 27, 2024
• The EBRD (non-Employee) will pay the pensions on Tuesday, August 27, 2024
• EFKA pensions for those who are retired (Employed & Non-Employed) from 1.1.2017 onwards (Law 4387/2016) will be paid on Tuesday 27 August 2024
• Private sector Supplementary Pensions (self-employed and salaried) will be paid on Tuesday 27 August 2024

Mercenaries

• The IKA – ETAM will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• The State will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• Provisional pensions for the Armed Forces, Security Forces and Fire Brigade will be paid on Thursday 29 August 2024
• NAT and KEAN will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• ETAP – SME will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• ETAT will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• TSEAPGSO, TSP-ISAP will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• PPC will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• OTE will pay the pensions on Thursday, August 29, 2024
• Supplementary State Pensions will be paid on Thursday 29 August 2024

When does money appear in ATMs?

Pension amounts are displayed at ATMs and are available for withdrawal on the WORKING day before the payment date in the afternoon to evening hours (usually from 18.00 to 21.00 depending on the bank).

Therefore, if the payment day is a Monday then the pension funds appear available at ATMs from Friday evening (preceding WORKING day).

Also, although Friday happens to be a public holiday, pension funds appear available at ATMs from Thursday (the evening of the previous working day.
