- With the slogan “It’s Glowtime”, Apple announced the date of the next keynote, where it will present this year’s iPhone 16 series
- It will take place on Monday, September 9 at 7 p.m. and will be streamed online
The official date of the introduction of new iPhones and other products is no longer a secret. A few moments ago, Apple officially announced that it will hold a spectacular conference at the end of September, although a day earlier than originally expected.
Apple: iPhone 16 will arrive on September 9
Apple sent an official invitation to journalists and guests invited to the special event. The Apple Event will take place in exactly two weeks, specifically on Monday, September 9 from 19:00 our time, and the main topic will be the iPhone, as always. Specifically, the presentation of the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro and Pro Max is expected, as well as the new Apple Watch or AirPods.
The invitation features a neon visual of the Apple logo and tagline „It’s Glowtime“which can be nicely translated into Czech as “It’s Time to Shine”. At the moment, it’s hard to say what the neons on the invitation could mean – whether it’s a specific improvement of one of the upcoming innovations, artificial intelligence, or a surprise that didn’t escape in advance.

Maybe a date change?
It was originally speculated that the event would take place on Tuesday, September 10, but this day also coincides with the big pre-election debate between the presidential candidates in the USA, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. This can also be explained as the reason why Apple chose the not quite traditional Monday date.
In addition to the broadcast for journalists directly at Apple Park, where key people from Apple including Tim Cook will be present, the entire conference will be streamed online, either on Apple websitevia Apple TV, or on his official YouTube channel.
