Shelling of separatists in Donbass continues on Saturday. Ukrzaliznytsia employees and passengers were evacuated in Avdiivka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that a soldier was wounded.
In Donbass, during the shelling of separatists on Saturday, August 28, a Ukrainian soldier was wounded. This was reported by the press service of the tactical group Skhid.
“As a result of the shelling, one serviceman received a penetrating shrapnel wound. After providing first aid, the wounded was transported to a hospital. His health condition is satisfactory,” the message says.
OSCE representatives were informed of the enemy’s actions through the Ukrainian side of the JCCC (Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Ceasefire and Stabilization of the Line of Delimitation of the Parties).
Meanwhile, Ukrzaliznytsia reported that due to the shelling of the separatists, the workers of the Avdeevka station and the passengers were evacuated to shelters. There were no injured among the railway workers.
Passengers were encouraged to listen carefully to the announcements at the stations and to follow the update of information on the official website of Ukrzaliznytsia.
Recall over the past day in the Donbass recorded seven attacks, a soldier died.
On the eve, it was reported about three attacks per day and injured one soldier.
