In the Donbas, in the area of the Joint Forces operation, over the past 24 hours, on March 8, the separatists violated the ceasefire nine times. Ukrainian servicemen were not injured, informs in the morning report, the press service of the JFO headquarters.
“In particular, near the village of Luganskoye, the invaders, using a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher, carried out remote mining of the territory with POM-2 mines. And near the village of Vodyanoye and the village of Peski, the invaders opened fire from grenade launchers of various systems and small arms,” the message says.
In addition, at the Experimental, the separatists fired at the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher and an automatic heavy grenade launcher, and in the suburb of Zolotoye-4, they also fired from small arms.
Also in the vicinity of the village of Lebedinskoye, the enemy fired at our positions from an anti-tank grenade launcher.
Our soldiers opened fire to shell the enemy. There are no combat losses among Ukrainian soldiers.
Since the beginning of this day, March 9, three violations of the ceasefire regime have been recorded.
In particular, near the village of Krasnogorovka, the enemy used an 82-caliber mortar, and nearby Peskov, the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were fired upon from small arms.
Ukrainian servicemen returned fire.
The OSCE representatives were informed about the facts of ceasefire violation through the Ukrainian side of the JCCC.
