Unconventional buildings are expected to be available from 2026, three years later at the earliest.

There are floating offices in the Netherlands.

Inside the huge glass building, the market and houses are in harmony.

The exterior of this mixed-use building is unconventional.

The outside terrace is jagged, giving it an open feel.

Unconventional buildings are also appearing on Nodeul Island.

A huge ring-shaped pedestrian bridge between Nodeul Island and Yongsan-gu.

There is also an aerial walking bridge that can be climbed up and down by erecting poles of various heights.

There is also a wavy roof over the island, as well as a water cascade tower.

This is the future of Nodeul Island, freely envisioned by architects.

The city will listen to citizens’ opinions and finalize the basic plan for the project in June.

It is expected that construction will start at the end of next year at the earliest, and from 2026, you will be able to see the unconventional building.

However, significant construction costs and complex regulatory issues seem to be challenges to be addressed in the future.
