– In December of last year, South Korean national representative Seok Hyun-jun, 29, who was accused of evading military service, filed three lawsuits against the Military Manpower Administration, but all lost.

The third administration of the Suwon District Act did not accept Seok Hyun-joon’s request to cancel the decision of the Gyeongin Military Manpower Administration Commissioner not accepting his request for extension of his overseas travel period on the 4th.

This is Seok Hyun-jun’s third loss. In 2017 when he was 26 years old, Seok Hyun-joon applied for permission for reasons for immigration from the Military Manpower Administration, stating that he was living with his parents who acquired permanent residency. Therefore, in 2018 and 2019, they filed for an administrative trial stating that they must permit their foreign relocation. However, all of these were dismissed, and even though they filed an administrative lawsuit to cancel the disposition by the Military Manpower Administration, they also lost.

According to the current law, Seok Hyun-jun had to return before April 2019, when he turned 28. In March of that year, the Military Manpower Administration gave Seok Hyun-joon an advance notice and gave him a six-month vocational opportunity, but he did not do anything. Eventually, the Military Manpower Administration accused Seok Hyun-jun of violating the Military Service Act, and was also on the list of evacuees in 2019, which was released last year.

Seok Hyun-jun has been staying in Europe since he missed the military service benefit plan after being pushed by Hwang Eui-jo in the 2018 Asian Games wild card competition. Upon returning to Korea, you will be punished in accordance with the relevant laws, and you must also fulfill your military service obligation. Hyun-Jun Seok is currently playing for Trois in the French Second Division.
