It’s the return of the great Customer Relationship and Marketing Meetings trade show and I have the pleasure of organizing and hosting the opening keynote of this event. In two words, Customer Relationship and Marketing Meetings offers two full days of business meetings for marketing and customer relations professionals on September 13, 14 and 15, 2021 in Cannes at the Palais des Festivals.- In 2019, this event brought together 214 exhibitors, 492 top decision-makers, 8,300 meetings and 400 lunches. During this edition, I had the pleasure of interviewing Axelle Lemaire, former Secretary of State in charge of Digital and Innovation.–
The theme is : marketing and customer relations: the twins of growth
Has the crisis changed everything? Accelerated adoption of new technologies, profound changes in consumption habits and enriched interactions with the customer are disrupting the exercise of brand and customer management.
To face it, marketers and customer relations professionals are stepping up the pace and preparing for a year 2022 that is betting on renewed growth. The only certainty for the future: winning companies will successfully combine more relevant marketing and a more powerful customer relationship.
Marketing and customer relations are emerging as the twins of growth, two strategic disciplines that are reinventing themselves. Bringing them together without opposing them, making them grow without making them diverge, this is the challenge for companies for the years to come. How to properly meet customer expectations? How to maintain a strong relationship with its customers? How to make the difference ? These are all questions that we will address during this great plenary of Customer Relationship and Marketing Meetings 2021.

- Nicolas chabanne is the Founder of “Who is the boss?”, The consumer’s mark. In 2016, the idea was born of being able to create a “Consumer Brand” intended to enable consumers to be able to support producers by taking charge of their consumption in a different way. ” Who is the Boss ?! »Allows us to collectively achieve the specifications of a product, to have it manufactured according to the wishes of consumers and to have them marketed at the right price. By creating their products themselves, they save on advertising, guarantee full traceability and know what their money is used for. Thanks to this collective initiative, the brand has now created more than 30 fairer and more sustainable products, all sold in supermarkets and the source of unprecedented success. While the most optimistic forecasts were of 5 million products sold per year, more than 270 million products were sold without TV commercials and without commercials. Today, more than 16 million consumers buy these products, 10,000 members are directly involved in the process and more than 3,000 families of producers are supported throughout France.
- Pierre Guionin, Managing Director France of Gorillas. With his experience in e-commerce and the development of business units up to $ 750M in turnover, Pierre Guionin (37) is at the head of the launch of Gorillas in France.
