WASHINGTON DC, KOMPAS.com – Senior figure from Republican Party, said that the President AS Donald Trump rightfully challenged the outcome US elections in a number of states.
Politician named Mitch McConnell who also sits in Congress United States of America (US) made the statement on Monday (9/11/2020).
He insisted that what Trump was doing would not damage democracy Daily Mail.
“President Trump is 100 percent within his right to investigate allegations of irregularities and consider his legal options,” McConnell said.

Trump and his campaign team insist that the race to win the Puith Building is not over, and several Republican lawmakers have also urged Trump not to give up.

McConnel said if the irregularities in the US election had occurred in a very large number and affected the outcome, then every American would want it to be exposed.
“And if (Party) Democrats believe the vote is fair, they should have no reason to fear extra scrutiny,” McConnell said.
“We respect the rule of law, we trust our institutions,” McConnell continued.
Meanwhile, according to electoral authorities in several states, there is no credible evidence of widespread fraud or emerging voter bias.

Nevertheless, Trump has repeatedly claimed that massive fraud has taken place.
On Saturday, Trump reclaimed victory again by writing on Twitter. “I WON THIS CHOICE, WITH A LOT!” wrote Trump.
US Presidential Election 2020 depends on some swing state seperti Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, dan North Carolina.
Trump and his allies have stated that there are thousands of illegal ballots changing the results of the US election.
