Senior Property Manager (all genders)

Tasks & Responsibilities: This is what awaits you
- You will be responsible for looking after the high-priced and innovative commercial properties of an exclusive mandate from the banking environment
- You are the central contact for our customers for the properties you manage
- You coordinate our internal interfaces, such as technical property management and accounting, and manage the use of external technical service providers
- You initiate and monitor initial and subsequent rentals and handle the entire rental agreement management
- You manage the property budgets and create reports
- To sustainably maintain and increase the value of the properties you are looking after, you will develop and implement income and cost optimization measures
Expertise & Soft Skills: This is what you bring with you
- Several years of professional experience in commercial property management
- Willingness to take on personnel responsibility in the future
- Independent and solution-oriented thinking and acting, structured way of working
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and MS Office, good knowledge of English
