Your tasks

• You will take over project management for the replacement of the claims/inventory management systems and the implementation of the new insurance suite and introduction into operations.
• Your tasks include intensive cooperation with central contacts from (external) service providers for the overall management of the project in all relevant areas, including the development, continuation and implementation of the project plan.
• You will lead an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and ensure future-oriented insurance requirements and processes.
• Your tasks include supporting all (10+) sub-projects in day-to-day operational business, including taking over escalation management as well as planning, implementing and continuously developing the defined strategy in collaboration with IT, specialist departments, external service providers and senior management.
• You are responsible for implementing the migration strategy for transferring data from legacy systems to the new IT platform and ensuring the data transfer takes into account completeness and correctness.
• You will be responsible for planning and implementing user acceptance testing and employee training.
• Your responsibilities will also include identifying and managing project risks, monitoring the project budget, and defining and continuously reporting project KPIs.
• You control dependency management, particularly with regard to project planning and representing project interests in relation to other ADAC projects.
• You will participate in the definition and implementation of a change management strategy and contribute to ensuring the acceptance and proactive participation of all those involved.
• Your tasks also include ongoing reporting to the program management and the board in cooperation with the program office.
