The Yves Touraine Hospital Center in Pont-de-Beauvoisin, located in the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region, near Lyon, Grenoble and Chambéry (motorway access, SNCF, airport, etc.), is part of the Nord-Dauphiné Hospital Group, which brings together the expertise of the hospitals of Bourgoin-Jallieu, La Tour-du-Pin, Morestel and Pont-de-Beauvoisin and proposes, through increased coordination between the different establishments, a medical strategy at the scale of the territory, guided by the specific needs of the North Isère health area.
With approximately 380 professionals, for an annual budget of nearly 25 million euros, it has a 24-hour emergency structure and various activities: medical imaging, comprehensive medicine, geriatric medicine, follow-up care and rehabilitation and an EHPAD.
The Yves Touraine Hospital Center is looking for a ” Senior health executive (M/F), full-time under the hierarchical authority of the Director of Care Coordination and under the functional authority of the Deputy Director; He works in liaison with the deputy director and the care coordinating director, the President of the CME, the human resources department, the administrative managers (admissions office, management control, etc.), the division managers, the medical managers and unit managers, functional departments.
General Missions :
- He manages all the paramedical activities of the Yves Touraine Hospital Center in close collaboration with the president of CME, the department heads and the deputy directors within the limits of his field of competence.
- A member of the Care Department, he represents the care director within the establishment’s bodies.
- He chairs the local CSIRMT.
- It develops optimal management of nursing staff and the quality of care services.
- It declines the general policy of the establishment, it contributes to register it in a transversal operation in connection with the patient pathways within the framework of the GHND.
- He ensures, in conjunction with the Care Department, the declination, organization, management and implementation of the nursing, medico-technical and rehabilitation care project, in a process of continuous improvement of quality, prevention and risk management.
- He co-pilots the SSR pole project (Pont de Beauvoisin and Morestel)
- He communicates and informs the teams of Managers and paramedics, the medical profession and the management.
Profile : Health executive, 3rd cycle university level desired

Working conditions
– Full-time. Fixed rest. Basic 35 hours
– Position not subject to clocking.
– In the same way as Managers, participation in weekend and public holiday on-call duty.
