Post and missions
Project management and piloting
Managing, piloting and carrying out projects while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines / estimated budgets such as:
• Manage audits, develop transformation files and study all the possibilities with associated recommendations
• Write / challenge expressions of needs, user stories, functional specifications, manage / assist business owners
• Facilitate and prepare project management meetings and define the schedule of tasks and assignments
• Follow the schedules, alert and find solutions by anticipating
• Check deliverables and provide teams and customers with real added value
• Establish and analyze dashboards relating to the progress of projects and the activity of supervised teams
• Ensure good relations between actors (profession, business owner, project management, tech lead, project management, project manager, etc.)
• Manage several projects simultaneously and ensure their success
• Knowing how to manage operational teams (campaign management, etc.)
Carrying out and / or participating in Marketing / Digital and CRM projects with a business / functional perspective such as:
• Carrying out diagnostics of digital platforms (CRM, CDP, etc.) and proposing optimization solutions
• Management of CRM calls for tenders
• Implementation of solutions
• Opportunity studies and strategic framing
• Business and functional framework
• Choice and deployment of tools
• Design of marketing plans
• The digitalization of the customer relationship
Management and development:
• Participate in the response to calls for tenders and costing of assignments
• Manage (hierarchically or transversally) the consultants and actively participate in recruitments
• Support employees to develop their skills
• Anticipate new practices and opportunities in order to boost activity
• Communicate and represent the company to external bodies and customers
• Participate in the strategy of the company / Be a force of proposal with the direction in the axes of development
Profile and skills:
The position to be filled requires a high degree of versatility, the various services offered require a high capacity for adaptation in order to be able to respond to the environment of the various Customers:
• Mastery of digital marketing, CRM, loyalty program, relationship system, customer experience, …
• Mastery of transformation levers: web to store, e-commerce, social media, monetization, influence, mobile and devices, e-CRM, e-reputation, intranet, user experience, etc.
• Advanced knowledge in data management (big data, cloud, web solutions, etc.) and various tools (CMS, eCommerce platform, CDP, etc.) and / or functional architectures
• Ensure digital watch and new trends and seize development opportunities
• Solid knowledge of project management (agile, V-cycle, etc.)
• Mastery of management techniques (know-how to increase the skills of teams, change management, gain membership, etc.)
• Ability to cost projects and staff teams
Profile:
Higher education (Engineer, Business School, Bac +5), having more than 7 years of professional experience with successful experiences in consulting.

CDI – Attractive fixed remuneration + Variable according to the profile.
