“Senior Businessmen to Appeal Lebanese Government Decision Regarding Withheld Deposits”

The Depositors Association announced that, “Two senior businessmen abroad, Mr. Imad Fawaz and Mr. Haitham Youssef, sponsored the filing of the appeal against the Lebanese government’s decision No. 22 dated 4/18/2023.”

And she added, “Indeed, the appeal was submitted to the State Shura Council on May 9, through their representatives, Dr. Charbel Nassar and Dr. Rizk Zughaib.”

And she continued, “The two aforementioned businessmen pledged that they would spare no effort to recover the withheld deposits, and put all their capabilities to serve this cause, which rises to the ranks of major humanitarian issues.”
