Clarification from Jenny Rachman’s husband

Supradjarto’s attorney, Johnson Panjaitan, SH, denied Elida Netty’s statement. He also made it clear that the polemic was not related to an affair.

I want to convey that the case involving Mr. Supradjarto, which is currently being processed in South Jakarta, is a case related to Article 263 of the Criminal Code,” Johnson Panjaitan opened in a press conference. in the Cikini Area, Central Jakarta, Saturday (10/6/2023).

Article 263 of the Criminal Code referred to by Johnson Panjaitan refers to forgery of documents or fake letters.

“There was no reporting of infidelity, I don’t understand that there is discussion of infidelity everywhere. The first report was on March 21, 2022, article 263 of the Criminal Code,” said Johnson again.

His client had indeed been summoned, but at that time he was unable to attend.

“The status is still in the process of investigation. Article 263, the official summons is the 7th as a suspect, but our client is not present because there are assignments, and we have given a letter to the Police,” said Johnson.

“Article 263 of the Criminal Code does not include adultery.
