Senior Actor Jamal Mirdad Reported to Polda Metro Jaya for Alleged Fraud and Embezzlement of House Certificates

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Senior actor Jamal Mirdad reported by someone with the initials FN on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement of house certificates.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan confirmed that Jamal Mirdad had reported this allegation.

The report has been registered with the number LP/B/629/II/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.

“Yes, that’s right, the reporter is on behalf of the FN. Reported on February 4, 2022,” said Zulpan, Friday (25/2/2022).

In the photo report provided by Zulpan, it was written that FN bought a house in the Cinangka area, Sawangan, Depok from Jamal Mirdad in 2015.

The Reported Party then promised that the house certificate would be submitted to the complainant after the settlement process.

However, the reported party never gave the house certificate. FN, who felt aggrieved, finally reported Jamal Mirdad to the Polda Metro Jaya.

FN reported Jamal Mirdad with Article 378 and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud and embezzlement.

Zulpan has not explained in detail already the extent to which the research process is done.

He only revealed that currently the report has been handled and investigated by the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.

“The case is being handled by the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya,” said Zulpan.
