Senior Accountant, Pully

Job description:

• Maintaining accounts in our QUORUM software
• Establishment of financial statements for buildings under management
• Preparation of balance sheets
• Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts
• Planning and participation in account controls with the auditors
• Establishing budgets
• Processing of new mandates
• Establishment of heating and incidental costs accounts
• VAT statements
• Monitoring of tenant/co-owner collections

• Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience as a confirmed 360 accountant within a real estate agency or similar organization OBLIGATORY
• An ability to integrate into a dynamic and professional team
• Good command of the QUORUM program and IT tools OBLIGATORY
• Good organization and good time management
• Great professional rigor and sensitivity to deadlines.
