“Basques, stronger together!” » This is the motto that will follow the Septilienne formation of the Senior AA Hockey League of the North Shore for the 2024-2025 season. The Basques – Groupe Olivier, who begin their schedule on Saturday against the Baie-Comeau Pionniers, are counting on seven newcomers.
Nicolas Gagnon, Alex Jalbert, Elliot Gould and Simon Bouchard, among the attackers, as well as Vincent Lebrun, Étienne Mercier and Uapan Rock, on the blue line, are the new ones who will don the white, black and orange.
The group of leader remains the same as last year, Maxime Lévesque with the “C” for captain and the “A” for assistant for Simon Babin, Nylan Bouchard and Luc Arsenault.
“We are ready to face a season full of challenges and victories,” says the organization to support its motto.
All tickets for the Basques’ opening match have already been sold. The next home game, once again against the Pioneers, is scheduled for December 6.
Elsewhere in the CFM Group Circuit, the Gauls of Port-Cartier visit the Marchands of Havre-Saint-Pierre on Saturday, October 26.
