It is also recommended to be vaccinated against measles since there are confirmed cases of the disease in Argentina, Brazil, the United States, Canada and other countries. Travelers must have both doses of the vaccine to travel to these countries.

The International Vaccination Certificate is a mandatory document for national and foreign travelers coming from or going to risk areas. The International Vaccination Certificate is presented when entering and leaving the country and is required at immigration, land, river and airport checkpoints.
