This submission addresses questions related to self-efficiency, emotions and emotional marketing, and intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
At the beginning of the work, the model of self-efficacy is explained, but also critically examined. Furthermore, self-efficacy in practice is analyzed and examples for health prevention are given. The second chapter revolves around the topic of emotions. In the course of this, emotions in marketing are examined more closely and an example of emotional marketing is shown using a specific brand. The topic of motivation forms the conclusion of the work. A distinction is made here between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and variable remuneration systems in companies are critically examined.
