At the beginning of the year it was time again. Thanks to the DJK Mainaschaff, Karate department, a special kind of advanced training in a pleasant atmosphere has been possible for many years. President Werner Faller was delighted with the many participants from all over Germany. Jürgen Kestner is a proven expert in this area (7 Dan SV specialist and DKV trainer). Hannes Marb (2 Dan Jiu-Jitsu) from the San-Ti martial arts school Darmstadt-Eberstadt was happy with his seventh participation. As always, Jürgen Kestner offered a wide range of SV options and under different stress levels everyone sweated. A fantastic and content-packed course that delivered a clear summary: We’ll be back next year!
