In the current social situation, people working in a public customer center in particular are exposed to attacks by dissatisfied customers who violate rules and values. With “Coach Your Company”, suitable advocacy strategies have now been developed with Entega employees in Darmstadt and Mainz. This demonstrated the great competence of Entega employees in customer discussions and the high understanding of empathy towards customers in order to find a positive solution.
