Rihanna is in talks for the Glastonbury title.
The 34-year-old singer is said to be in talks with music festival organizers Emily Eavis and her father Michael Eavis to perform on the iconic Pyramid Stage at next year’s show.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Rihanna has been approached for Glastonbury and next year’s festival would be a good time for her. She’s a big name for Worthy Farm and would be the perfect addition to the poster. Rihanna’s return to the world of music is kept under wraps, but her team talked to the Eavis family. ”
The Arctic Monkeys have also been linked with a headliner for next year’s Glastonbury.
The announcement comes after it was confirmed in September that Rihanna will star in the Super Bowl 2023 halftime show on February 12 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
She shared a photo of her tattooed arm clutching a soccer ball on her Instagram, hours after speculation began to spread that she would perform during the show.
