On Sunday afternoon, the college football qualifying selection committee announced the four teams that will meet in pursuit of the national championship trophy. No.1 Alabama and No.4 Notre Dame will face off in the Rose Bowl game presented by Capital One on New Years Day. No.2 Clemson and No.3 from Ohio State will meet immediately after in the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Both matches will air on ESPN and host a top-tier domestic championship match.
When the committee revealed the four teams, college football fans responded with firm comments. Many have said Notre Dame does not deserve to be in the playoffs due to a previous loss to Clemson in the ACC Championship. Many have said that Texas A&M No.5 has to be the fourth team. Although others have said the undefeated Cincinnati team should have the honor. The comments continued as more people reacted to the upcoming playoff schedule.
I think the college football playoff committee got it right. let’s be honest, these are the four teams everyone wants to see. if your team didn’t arrive, sorry, but they should have won more matches

If Cincinnati wanted to make the college football playoffs, they would simply have had to beat some non-conference SEC or Big Ten teams in play, even though the SEC and Big Ten canceled out-of-conference play due to COVID.

It’s time to blow up that playoff series and grow! Losing interest in college football when we can all predict the 4 playoff teams!

Texas A&M should have been the 4th team in the college football playoffs, not ND. IMO

The whole college football playoff system is dumb, so why are we surprised every year when it turns into a garbage can fire.

The #Bears win, college football ruined the playoffs again. How does A&M fail to get into the state of Ohio or Notre Dame? Maybe some # 108 will make sense to all of this. pic.twitter.com/I16I30d4T3

The college football playoffs remain a joke. No change in the first four. Why even play games? ND was beaten by 24 by Clemson. We know they are not the best. Why not give the undefeated Cincy or CCU a chance? A system made for the establishment

College football playoffs are a joke. Ohio State played 6 shitty teams, looked horrible doing it, and ranks third? Clemson will eat them alive. And don’t get me started on ND. They will also be spanked.

Does anyone think the college football committee put the 2010 TCU team in the playoffs? They were ranked in the Top 4 by AP and coaches when the championship was 2 teams. I seriously doubt it.

Texas A&M should have been selected for college football playoffs
