According to Rahma Deny Fernando, owner of the M&B Renault Specialist workshop, there are two problems Renault Duster which if not resolved could irritate the owner.

Well, one of these problems is the entry of AC water into the front cabin.

“So the system is that the rubber directly meets the floor of the car. Now sometimes the rubber spikes, so the exhaust (AC water) doesn’t go straight down, instead it runs to the front cabin,” Deny said when met by GridOto.com some time ago.

At the M&B Renault Specialist workshop, problems like this were solved by moving the drain line for the 5-seater SUV AC.

“We usually change the design, we reposition it. The cost if it’s just a reposition is around Rp. 200 thousand, with a note that it doesn’t dismantle the dashboard,” said Deny.

However, if the consumer asks for a new installation to be made, the work will take a long time and the cost will be much more expensive.

“The service is around Rp. 1 million to Rp. 1.5 million. The work is also long, it can take up to 2-3 days,” he said.
