Seizure of 1.3 million from event and ceremony companies

The financiers of the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Napoli they executed a seizure decree, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nolaat the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, for an amount exceeding 1.3 million eurostowards an ad company Acerrahis legal representative and the de facto manager of the company for the crime of unfaithful declaration. The investigations began with the tax audit, carried out by the Company’s financiers Casalnuovotowards the company, which manages an important reception hall in Acerra, with accommodation capacity for over 300 people.

What triggered the inspection intervention, the financiers write in a note, was “the disproportion between the declared income data, which portrayed a loss-making business, and the real turnover demonstrated, instead, by the numerous events hosted, which were also advertised on social channels; this dystonia was then confirmed by further findings”. The preventive seizure, also carried out in the “for equivalent” form, concerned the profit of the contested crime or “the sums owed to the Treasury by the company and not paid, and, therefore, the financial resources of the company and of the suspects were seized, membership shares and various real estate units and land in the province of Naples e Toastsas well as valuables and cash”.
