The President of the National Assembly SE. Mr. Seini Oumarou returned to Niamey on Saturday 5 June at the end of the afternoon, back from Abuja in Nigeria where he made a working and friendly visit to the Parliament of the Economic Community of the States of the West Africa (ECOWAS) from May 31 to June 5. He was greeted when he got off the plane by the 1st Vice President of the National Assembly, MP Kalla Ankouraou.
