On this day, the family celebrates the birthday of their 13-year-old son. The father of the family drinks many glasses of whiskey and beer. Heavily alcoholic, he insults, spits on his wife and hits her violently. The couple’s 17-year-old daughter received a blow to the head while trying to intervene. When help arrived, the young girl had lost consciousness.
“From Friday to Sunday, he drinks a lot and we hear screams, the noise of furniture, broken dishes and beatings which are akin to violence”, explains a neighbor to the police.
Several acts of violence

Fifteen months in prison

He was finally sentenced to fifteen months in prison, including nine months suspended probation. An obligation of care and a prohibition to come into contact with the victims is also pronounced.
