The Rouen Normandie Création network is inaugurating Seine Néopolis, a fifth incubator at the heart of the Rouen Health Campus. The incubator welcomes projects from companies working in the field of innovation applied to health.
Located a stone’s throw from Seine Biopolis, the University and the Charles-Nicolle University Hospital, and served by several public transport lines, Seine Néopolis welcomed its first tenants last March. At the heart of a favorable ecosystem, developers of projects related to innovation in the field of health now have a 1,200 m² workplace and support space that is adapted, modern, and promotes meetings, interactions and creativity. By offering this new facility, the Métropole is demonstrating its commitment to health in the region.

The economic development strategy of the Metropolis is resolutely focused on the ecological transition and the production of services and products with high added value. The Rouen Normandie Création network offers accommodation on eight sites (five incubators and three business hotels) spread across six municipalities of the Metropolis.
Ecotechnologies, digital, health, housing, environment… all sectors of activity are represented. With its accommodation and support service offering for young creators, this network is one of the main players in the journey of a business creation in the Metropolis. Today, it brings together 130 companies and more than 900 jobs spread across the territory. Adapted solutions and personalized support for each project leader are offered to better break with isolation, take a step back and maintain the motivation necessary in a journey that is not without obstacles. Training is also available to hosted companies in registers as diverse as managerial practice, financial performance or public interventions. The Metropolis is thus alongside companies to provide them with the expertise, training and partners to support and boost their project.
Seine Néopolis meets a real need, as the first occupants attest: the Rouen Normandie Health Campus which brings together the University of Rouen Normandy, the Henri-Becquerel center and the Rouen University Hospital, the Esploratis medical company and Normandie Incubation which supports start-ups to help them emerge.
