Visible on the forecourt of the Hôtel du Département until July 31, the exhibition highlights eight women, contemporary or not, who have marked or still mark Seine-et-Marne with their mark. Four of themwere present on March 8, the day of the inauguration: Pauline Ranvier and Margot BouletOlympic medalists, Léa Paturebest apprentice in France, and Aurore Gauthierworld roller-hockey champion and agent of the Department for 12 years.
On the occasion of this inauguration, the Department unveiled a giant lettering “Seine-et-Marne” which will be present this summer when passing through the territory of the next Tour de France cyclistfeminine (2e stage between Meaux and Provins).
