After a long wait, Sonic Frontiers has already arrived on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and the rest of the platforms. At the moment the title is receiving excellent reviews on a general level (our review is coming soon) but the Xbox Series S version has some issues related to the relationship.
The problem is that several Series S users have reported that the game is stuck at 30 FPS, which, unlike other games, makes a noticeable difference given the hedgehog’s movement speed and how important this is to the mechanics of the title. playable.

The portal Player has reached out to SEGA to find out what’s going on and the problem appears to lie in gamers who have 4K UHD screens. To fix this, the developers recommend entering the console options menu and turning on the 1080p option as Sonic Frontiers can and should run at 60 FPS on Xbox Series S.
Either way, this option is a stopgap until the developers release a patch to fix the problem permanently.
