Acámbaro, Gto. March 30, 2021.- The Guanajuato Ministry of Education (SEG), through the Southeast Regional Education Delegation, delivered the awards to the students of the southeast region, winners of the Show and Tell and Aprender y Schedule contests.
Verónica Orozco Gutiérrez, Southeast Regional Education Delegate, in her message addressed to the winning students, emphasized that: “you are a generation that creates a precedent, before we only knew how to study with our teachers in front of classes, everything that you have acquired During this year, they already know how to use platforms, they are familiar with information and robotics tools, and they are also beginning to use a second language, English, which will open many doors for them in the future, many congratulations ”.
Maximiliano Rodríguez Muñoz, a student at the Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Acámbaro primary school and winner of the Learning and Programming contest, highlighted the importance of these events related to new technologies: “it is interesting and also important to program for daily life, because every time it goes to have more technology ”.
For her part, María Guadalupe Bello García, mother of Ángel Daniel Huerta, a student at Technical High School No. 6 in Acámbaro, winner of the Aprender y Programming contest, said she was proud of her son since: “I have seen how he makes an effort and now that we are online, for this the child likes robotics a lot, for this new generation these events that SEG carries out are a very good idea ”.
Likewise, Mario Contreras Rojas, a technology teacher with an emphasis on robotics at the Technical 6 High School in Acámbaro, stressed the importance of participating in these types of activities: “it is a very cool way to motivate students, I think it also helped them We teach them a lot, but in the first place is to encourage them to participate, for them to demonstrate their skills and develop their knowledge ”.
On behalf of the winners of the Show and Tell contest, the student Karime Suzette Meza Ramírez, from the Guadalupe Victoria School in Salvatierra, thanked: “the opportunity to develop and grow as people, put at the service the qualities and values, as well as the command of English it opens the doors for us to conquer new horizons, I am grateful for these educational activities that favor our integral education ”.
The Southeast Regional Education Delegation, with the support of the Tarimoro municipal presidency, supported the first place winners in the Aprender y Programming contest to receive a Tablet.
The high school winners are Ángel Daniel Huerta Bello from Technical High School No. 6 in Acámbaro; Jerome Ramírez López from the Technical Secondary School No. 2 in Salvatierra and Andrea Magaly Flores González from the Telesecundaria 932 in Tarimoro.
The primary winners are Jonathan Emmanuel Sánchez Lule from the Lic. Luis Echeverría Álvarez de Tarimoro elementary school and Maximiliano Rodríguez Muñoz from the school. National Railways of Acámbaro.
