Oscar said that the dog is a boy, estimated to be 5 to 7 months old, weighing only 13.7 kilograms, does not have a chip, and has not been neutered. The dog stayed at the Long Ping Village platform for several days without daring to leave. Later, volunteers received help from residents and rescued the dog a few days ago. He described that the dog’s mouth showed obvious signs of being tied up with ropes or other objects until it was damaged. “The entire mouth was injured and the fur was lost. I guess I did this because I didn’t want the dog to bark, and I had to wait until after the abuse. Abandoned.”
He also pointed out that after spending two days with the dog, he found that his psychological shadow was very large. “Usually even if his mouth is closed, he will make some low noises. It is obvious that his mouth has been sealed for a long time. The dog also seemed to have been beaten before. Oscar said: “When we raised our hands, the dog would shrink, lie down, and close its eyes, as if it was expecting to be beaten.”
He revealed that he had obtained preliminary clues about the abandoner, but the most important thing was more concrete evidence, so he hoped to contact the volunteers or animal agencies that had arranged for the dog to be adopted to further confirm the identity of the abandoner.
