In short, I intend to take a tourist visa that I will renew until I reach one year and then apply for permanent residence, but I want to look for a job as soon as I arrive and start working quickly.

Is it possible to work and therefore obtain a work permit during my tourist visa during my first months in Belize? Or do you have to be a resident for at least 6 months to apply for and obtain a work permit in Belize?

I am interested in any information concerning the work permit in Belize!
