I am coming back to the site for the 2nd time because I am encountering an unexpected event and would need help.
I planned my first stay in NY, renting a homestay through Airbnb. (I travel alone)
However, and to my great astonishment, Airbnb has only just canceled the reservation and my departure is scheduled for September 16, 2023.
New regulations will apply from September 5, 2023?
If I understand correctly: The owner must imperatively be registered with the OSE and rentals of less than 30 days are prohibited how much even we travel alone and staying with the locals?
So I find myself without housing but do not want to rent to be illegal either.
Could you enlighten me Mousegrise? You who are the reference in this field.
