Seeg launches the compliance verification operation of its service providers –

The General Management informs all service providers and subcontractors registered in the SEEG Suppliers account of the launch of the operation to verify their administrative compliance and the effectiveness of their services.

According to the press release from the Directorate of Gabon Water and Energy Company, those concerned are requested to provide the following documents: a circuit sheet, an extract from the commercial register, a certificate of non-bankruptcy, certificate of civil and professional insurance, the tax certificate, the certificate of registration of VAT (company subject to VAT), the CNSS certificate for quarter N-1, the CNAMGS certificate for quarter N-1, the electricity invoice from the head office and last payment receipt and the bank identity statement.

With regard to the work or services in progress, they must produce one of the following documents: the Contract, the Order Award Letter and/or Purchase Order, the Price Agreement Validated service offer.

Complete files must be submitted until December 31, 2023 to the Audit and Control Department (door 922), located on the 9th floor of the SEEG Headquarters building. After this period, SEEG reserves the right to suspend its collaboration with interested parties.
