Experts from motor1 compared the prices of 5 cars in 32 different markets around the world, thanks to data from insurance companies. The comparison was made for cars from the so-called. premium segment and in particular: Land Rover Range Rover, Mercedes S-Klasse, BMW X7, Audi e-tron quattro and Tesla Model S.
It turns out that the “worst” country to buy a new luxury car is Israel, where prices are significantly higher due to high taxes and duties. They increase customers’ costs by up to 80% compared to the price of the car. Here is how much these 5 models cost in Israel:
