The Michelin guide Spain and Portugal 2023 awarded the third star, its highest accolade, to two restaurants, while three receive the second and 29 premieres the first, as revealed on Tuesday at a gala held in Toledo.
Catalonia, Thanks to Barcelona, it is the most recognized community by Michelin, followed by that of Madrid, compared to the low presence of the Basque Country or the zero presence of the Valencian Community, protagonist in the previous editions.
