Security supervisor sentenced to death for murder in Kafr El-Sheikh’s Desouk General Hospital

Today, Monday, the Fouh Criminal Court, “Third Circuit” in Kafr El-Sheikh, sentenced a security supervisor at Desouk General Hospital to death by hanging for what was attributed to him for killing his cousin in Sheikha Aisha’s estate in the village of Sanhour Al-Madina in the Desouk center inside a mosque with a white weapon “knife” due to differences between them. .

The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Muhammad Hussein Al-Murr, President of the Court and the Chamber, and the membership of the counselors Khaled Ramadan Jaafar, Ahmed Muhammad Khader, and the secretariat of Ibrahim Jumaa, in the events of Case No. 10734 of 2022 Misdemeanor of the Desouk Police Station, which is registered with No. 3055 of 2022 Kafr El-Sheikh College.

Counselor Saud Muhammad Naguib, the attorney general of the Kafr El-Sheikh Public Prosecution, referred the so-called “Ibrahim.K.S.Z.” to the Fuwah Criminal Court to conduct his trial for what was assigned to him because on July 4, 2022, he deliberately killed his cousin, the victim Mimi Mabrouk Ali Zahran. With premeditation that he had the intention and determination to kill the victim.

It became clear from the order to refer the accused to the Fouh Criminal Court, and for that purpose he prepared a white weapon “knife”, and went to his location inside the mosque of the place of the incident, and he dealt him several blows with his white weapon, one of which settled in the chest area, and he inflicted the injury described in the report of the Forensic Medicine Authority, which killed his life intentionally It took his soul.

During the trial sessions, the accused admitted that he had killed the victim inside the mosque, and expressed his deep remorse, stressing: “By praying for him at length, I sealed the Qur’an for him 5 times.”
