Security package concluded: Baden-Württemberg strengthens protection and order – Kretschmann: “The state is able to act”

On September 24, 2024, the state government of Baden-Württemberg approved a comprehensive security package aimed at permanently strengthening the state’s security architecture. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann and Interior Minister Thomas Strobl, a package of measures was launched that aims to strengthen security, manage migration and prevent Islamist radicalization.
