Grandma aged 80 years old named Shameema Begum had to lose her life after undergoing surgery in hospital.
Launching from Daily Star, Shameema die on Monday after two weeks of surgery.
Sadly, after further investigation, Shameema died because underwent surgery with a fake doctor named Muhammad Waheed Butt.
Waheed Butt is not a doctor but hospital security who often goes undercover to make visits to patients’ homes.
This case is not the first time for Waheed Butt for two years Previously he was fired for extorting a patient in a hospital.
Now, Waheed Butt has been arrested and charged with his reckless act of impersonating a doctor and causing the death of a patient.
Meanwhile, the hospital made a defense by saying that they could not always supervise the doctors because the hospital was quite large.
“We can’t keep tabs on what every doctor does and what everyone does every time because the hospital is so big,” said one administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity.
