His father, the prosecutor Biser Mihailov, appeared today for questioning in the Metropolitan Directorate of Internal Affairs. He has not yet resigned.

“He must, if he resigns, submit it to the High Council of the Judiciary. He comes to work, of course,” Albena Stoilova, spokesperson for the district attorney’s office – Pernik, told BTV.

Yesterday, the Sofia District Court placed the prosecutor’s son under house arrest and the Ministry of Internal Affairs began to check whether he would come out, with both uniformed and civilian police officers.

The relatives of Rumen Andonov, for the beating of which Vasil Mihailov is accused, hope that in the second degree his order will be changed to “custody in custody”.

“I think it’s not fair and we already feel powerless. Really the court, Biser Mihailov owns it,” says Sandra Andonova, daughter of Rumen Andonov. “According to my information, he has left his home 9 times and it is not possible that the bracelet has failed nine times with intervals of 2-5-20-40 minutes,” added Mariana Andonova, wife of Rumen Andonov.

And the control of violations by the Ministry of Justice by the main directorate “Execution of punishments” shows that there was no connection with Mikhailov’s bracelet 40 minutes.
