Ciudad Juárez.- Samuel Roberto GM, 27, was arrested this afternoon by elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretary as the alleged murderer of the seven-year-old child Dilan Julián, in the subdivision, Lomas del Valle.
“Eyewitnesses stated that the person responsible is an addict in the sector and that, at the time of depriving the minor of his life, he was in a state of intoxication, for which he apparently confused the minor by hallucinating, which is why he began to attack him” , reported SSPM through a press release.
It was said after receiving a call to the Emergency number 911, where they reported a seven-year-old child without life, the preventive agents arrived at Valle de Anáhuac and Valle de Bravo streets and found the child’s mother with him in her arms , already lifeless.
According to the mother’s narrative to the police, her two children were playing in the front yard of her home, while she was sleeping, when the alleged murderer entered and began beating her seven-year-old son
According to the authorities, the boy had several blows on different parts of the body.
The detainee has several arrests for crimes against health, threats, robbery from home, and robbery from a commercial home, and has already been consigned to the investigating authorities as allegedly responsible for the murder of the minor.
