Secret Singer Bridget Maasland performs Miley Cyrus’ song on ‘Secret Duets’ – Can the panel guess who she is?

Emma sings Miley Cyrus’ song ‘Flowers’ with her mysterious singer. Although she normally recognizes voices quickly, Emma now finds it difficult to figure out who she is singing a duet with: “I have no idea.” In any case, what Emma can get out of the voice is that it is a woman, but according to her, an experienced singer is not in it: “I always think that’s a stupid thing to say, but I don’t think she is very experienced with to sing.”

The other panel members can’t make sense of it either: “It’s hard, you know,” says Dave. But then Jeroen suddenly gets a hunch: “That can only be one.” Who that is according to Jeroen, he will keep that a secret for a while.

Nevertheless, it remains a difficult task for all panel members, because even after the last round they have not learned much. The voice of this one secret singer sounds very young, but according to Jamai Loman this ‘singer’ has been in front of the camera for more than thirty years: “Oh, is she a model?” asks Soy. At the unveiling it turns out to be none other than Bridget Maasland: “No dude! So nice,” says Soy. Bridget really enjoys participating in the program, but singing on stage remains a challenge for her: “I really like singing out of my comfort zone. I find that so scary.” According to Bridget, her performance did not go the way she wanted: “It was even worse than I hoped.” But Jamai and the panelists disagree: “That you dare to stand here for the program and the game is very sweet,” says Jamai.

Bridget had also devised a tactic to divert attention, she jokes. She has chosen to wear a top with a plunging neckline: “I thought: I’ll throw all the attention on this, then maybe no one will pay attention to my voice anymore,” she says with a laugh.
