A residential complex “in the middle of the countryside”, one and two-room apartments as well as a “professional care offer” – and as a neighbor German film star. Just a few days ago there was a move in the Hamburg senior residence on Storchenheimweg a real celebrity in Rissen.
Even if only temporarily, it must have been a small sensation when Uschi Glas took a seat on one of the loungers on the cobblestones of the complex. The 80-year-old, who played her first leading role in the Karl May films as the indigenous “Apanatschi” at the age of just 22, is one of the “old hands” in the show industry – but she was not there to see a potential new residence arrived.
