jpnn.com, TANAH BUMBU – Kodam VI/Mulawarman acted quickly in responding to the case of three members of the TNI suspected of committing the crime shooting against civilians in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan (Kalsel).
“According to the order of the Regional Commander, the team has investigated the handling of the case according to legal procedures and applicable regulations,” explained Kapendam VI/Mulawarman, Lt.
Three suspected perpetrators who are members of Kipan B Battalion 623/BWU have been secured at Denpom VI/2 Banjarmasin along with evidence in the form of a long-barreled weapon.
“Currently, the three are still undergoing an in-depth examination at the Denpom Banjarmasin,” said Taufik.
It was said, on the orders of Commander VI/Mulawarman Major General TNI Heri Wiranto, Danpomdam immediately conducted an investigation and legal process for the three TNI personnel in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
The Military Commander also ordered Dandim 1022/Tnb Lt. Col. Cpn Rahmat Trianto to assist the families of the victims and provide the necessary compensation and assistance, particularly the funeral procession.
Taufik explained that the shooting case began with a dispute between the three TNI officers and a billiards employee named Raudah and her husband Hendri Jaya on Wednesday (2/6) in the Km 7 area, RT 05, Sarigadung Village, Simpang Empat District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan.
At that time, the three TNI personnel who were suspected to be under the influence of alcohol were angry when asked to go home because the shop would be closed and Raudah would be watered with tuak type drinks.
