Why did you create this new “madeuxièmemaison.fr” offer?
Our bank already has targeted responses for the tourism, viticulture and nautical sectors. However, we are located in the West, in a territory with 2,600 km of coastline and at least 500,000 second homes, even if they are not all by the sea. As our approach is to support overall projects of life we have imagined this service path with one of our partners Hoomy, rental management platform, for any project of a second place of life. We hope to contract between 1,500 and 2,000 new customers this year with this new service.
What do you offer in detail?
This offer makes it possible to support each step. It’s up to the customer to choose what he wants to do with us or our service providers. This ranges from aid to acquisition, to financing of course, such as insurance or ancillary remote monitoring services. We can offer a special dedicated account, help with moving and improving the property with a service provider. Our Nantes partner Hoomy (35 employees) will offer its skills in intermediated management as well as concierge services. We recently increased to its capital, with a minority stake and became the second shareholder.
