Second explosion at the Zaandam house in eight days

There was an explosion at a house in Zaandam for the second time in eight days. Last night around 11.15 pm, local residents heard a loud bang and, according to witnesses, there was a strong gasoline smell, NH Nieuws reports.

Police are investigating in the street of the explosion. A witness denies NH News that an object was seized in the process.

It is not clear how great the damage is to the home. Eight days ago, there was an explosion at roughly the same spot, where you could also smell a gasoline smell. The police started an investigation, but as far as is known have not arrested anyone.

It Noordhollands Dagblad then reported that a security camera showed that something was detonated on purpose. “You see someone put something down and run away,” said one resident. Others saw two people running away.
